Ideas how to use LMI v5s2

In this article, let's talk about ideas how to use Life MappingTM v5s2 weekly foldouts. LMI v5s2 is good for note taking, managing a small team (or family members), house chores planning and managing small projects, etc. The most common way to use v5s2 is as below, But many users may have more than one project (house chores, work, study etc) or a team  to manage. You may consider to divide the weekly calendar into columns, and assign these columns to different categories, Another way to use v5s2 to manage more than one project and/or a team is to mark the hours of a day horizontally...

How to use the pentagons on some of Life Mapping pages?

Pentagons can be found on some of Life Mapping (TM) Pages.  How to use them? Here are some examples,   From Pinky Aguirre They are basically a check list system in mini size.. For example if u drink ur daily intake of water color a triangle. If u exercise that day color in a triangle. If u finish all that was on ur daily todo list color a triangle.. Instead of check marking a box u color a triangle. And as the different comments above u can use them to help u remember things u would like to get done that day.. Different ways to do small projects planning

Today I would like to talk about different ways to do small projects planning by using LM Charts (Life Mapping Charts) and LM SPM (Life Mapping Small Projects Management Inserts). LM Charts are very powerful. In one of my old article, I have listed some ways how you can use it but that's not all. You can use the charts to do small projects planning too. Let me take a personal size weekly chart as an example - Write down all the events and small projects/to-dos under "My tasks"; Turn the chart and mark the hours of a day; Fill in the events and small projects/to-dos that...

My 2015 Planner Setup

I have been in my 2015 setup for almost a month and archived my 2014 planner book yesterday. In 2014, I have tried many different sizes from pocket, A6, Personal to Midori Standard. It's fun to explore different sizes and see if they fit. But when I have to archive them, it became a kind of pain because they are uneven. So I decided I have to stick to one size in 2015 which is personal size.  Other than the size, there are several changes of my 2015 planning too. First, I bought a Van der Speck Touch Me Standard in Jan with 30mm rings. It has soft and robust leather and functional...

LM-Hyperdex, a new time visualization tool to Life Mapping™ System

Good day! As promised, I have an exciting news to announce - Life Mapping™ System is having the very first cooperation with another great design. Together we are launching a new time visualization tool that made specially for -- and only for -- the Life Mapping™ System. How did this happen and what is that? Back to August, I found a very interesting Korean Agenda in a small stationery shop in Singapore. Other than it's cute Korean style illustrations, I saw this Yes, this is a clock but with 24 hours on it. This was used in many Korean style agendas for quite some years, but until...

Winner announcement – Interviewed by Ray Blake from My Life All in One Place

It is such an honor that I was interviewed by Ray Blake from My Life All in One Place. When Ray got in touch with me, I was so excited that he as a pioneer and leader in paper planner world would want to know me and my Life Mapping(™) System. And I felt nervous too and wondering what kind of questions he would ask. Ray's interview questions turned out deep and meaningful which I took more than a week to clear my thoughts and answer. To me that is a great interview. Ray helped me set up a giveaway at the end of the interview (from 6 October to 13 October, 2014). Three readers will get the Life...

Brain Dump

Regarding Carie Harling's YouTube video "The whys and hows of a Brain Dump" I have something similar especially for my Life Mapping Related things, to-dos and ideas. Last month, I realized there were more and more things and I started forget what I should do and new ideas kept popping out and I did feel unnecessary panic. So I started to use my ring binder backwards to write down anything LM (Life Mapping) related. My rules to use my "Brain Dump List"- 1- use my ring binder backwards for Brain Dump List 2- no sequence. Just write down one by one when things and ideas popup; 3-...
